There are 3 double bedrooms - all en suite - and the villa can sleep up to 8 people. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning, and have balconies overlooking the pool.

There is a secluded private garden, and a beautiful swimming pool with built in jacuzzi. The living area opens up with a terrace infront of the pool for those relaxing evenings in with friends and family. 

This small development of similar villas has been built on re-claimed land between the main road and the Bon Accord Lagoon, which is a government protected nature reserve.

The rear of Yellow Bird backs onto the Mangroves and you can watch the birds easily from the verandah or balcony.

The sounds of the birds together with the tropical sounds make this a memorable place to be.

The house is particularly suited to a wheelchair as the downstairs has no steps from the front door to the pool and around the downstairs living area. The downstairs doors are adapted for wheelchair access.

Local Amenities

Bon Accord is a thriving Tobago village in a superb location for access to everything you would need for a holiday or residence. You are close to some of the island's best beaches and restaurants, to supermarkets and entertainment, and you are close to transport networks. The airport is only minutes away but as this is a Caribbean island you'd have to listen out hard to hear a plane as there are so few.

Yellow Bird is set back from the main road in a secure and quiet area with other villas. On one side of the villa there is a 'park' and the other side, a similar house.

This villa is owned by a British couple who use it for private holidays and also make an income from it by renting it out to holidaymakers.
